CGI Oxford North A40 transformed into tree-lined street with £30m road infrastructure investment into the walking, cycling, bus and highway network
Response to City Executive Board decision

Following Oxford City Council’s City Executive Board meeting on 14 November 2018, which requested an in-principle decision to use Homes England Housing Infrastructure (Marginal Viability) Funding (HIF) and CIL funds for infrastructure support at Oxford North, a spokesperson for Thomas White Oxford said:

“Thomas White Oxford welcomes the decision made by the City Executive Board in relation to the infrastructure funding for Oxford North.

“We continue to be in positive discussions with Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council, as the highways authority, relating to our Oxford North planning application to build a new urban district for Oxford providing new jobs, housing, both private and affordable, small shops, bars and restaurants, open spaces and significant investment into the walking, cycling, bus and highway networks.”
